  • The five "W"s of documentation are addressed to ensure intentional & meaningful data is collected on documentation forms.

  • A Documentation template is shared and discussed to facilitate conversations & reflection regarding current program documentation processes.

  • Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of course.
